Richter, formerly the director of partnership marketing at Karlitz & Company, will be based at the company’s New York offices.

At his previous agency, Richter was responsible for building the company’s sponsorship division. Before that, he spent more than ten years working in music marketing. In his new role at inVNT, which was shortlisted for Global Agency of the Year at the C&IT Awards, Richter will be responsible for helping to create and produce powerful, brand-centred live experiences for its global partners.
