C&IT’s events kicked off in January this year with Corporate Forum, which saw event planners gather at Chewton Glen in Hampshire. The event included a fun ice-breaker session by Bluehat Group, educational sessions and panel debates, as well as a dinner and a number of networking sessions.

In March, C&IT's Association Forum kicked off at London's Hurlingham Club and featured an evening at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel. Association event planners gathered for a day that started off with a warm-up icebreaker, before one-to-one meetings with suppliers and a number of networking opportunities.

In April, C&IT held its A List 2015 exclusive launch party in the Abraham Lincoln Room at The Savoy Hotel, London. The C&IT 2015 A Listers were applauded by industry professionals as they were recognised at The Savoy as the top 35 agency players under 35.

June saw Event 360, a creative summit organised by C&IT and sister title Event, take place at the Roundhouse, London. Speakers included representatives from brands such as Barclays, Benefit Cosmetics and BMW.

In August, more than 200 events industry professionals arrived at Thorpe Park for C&IT's annual Agency Forum. Despite the rain, delegates donned ponchos to brave the rides, before enjoying an evening BBQ, drinks and networking session. The forum continued at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, with a series of innovative talks on the issues affecting the events industry.

More than 420 event professionals gathered for the annual C&IT Awards at The London Hilton on Park Lane in September. Glammed-up guests enjoyed a Champagne reception before a three-course dinner and entertainment from comedian Marcus Brigstocke.

Also in September, more than 60 event planners gathered at The Grand Hotel in Brighton for the inaugural Creative Edge summit, hosted by C&IT and sister title, Event Magazine. Over the course of the one-day event, delegates had the opportunity to meet with a range of suppliers in one-to-one meetings, from venues and destinations to tech companies and caterers.

In November, Brand Book Live took place at the Mandarin Oriental in London. Event professionals enjoyed a lively discussion on six different industry sectors, including Food & Drink, Automotive, Finance, IT & Telecoms, Pharmaceutical and Retail.
