This week, The Brewery has been hosting its Apostles of Anonymity Christmas extravaganza. Attendees having their Christmas parties there were invited to join the secret society of masked Apostles and enjoyed entertainment including magicians, an opera singer, silhouette artist, fortune teller, ring juggler, street and ribbon dancers. They also received a specially prepared three course seasonal menu, created by food director Tom Gore.

In Qatar, Z Lounge by Zengo opened this week at the Kempinski Residences & Suites in Doha. The venue hosted a VIP party on Wednesday (16 December) to introduce the new space, where guests enjoyed a night of canapés, cocktails and live entertainment.
On Friday night (11 December) London caterers Food by Dish hosted Night at the Museum’ at the Natural History Museum. The event took place in the Waterhouse Way and Hintze Hall spaces. More than 450 guests enjoyed cuisine from across the continents and entertainment from party band, Bellissima, as well as DJ sets.
Food stations were themed around the characters from the 2006 film, including ‘Toot and Come In’ featuring Egyptian treats like shawarma, lamb tagine and bread with hummus, baba ghanoush and mint yoghurt. ‘The Hungary Viking’ highlighted central and northern European foods with Swedish meatballs, beef goulash, halászlé and potato rosti.
