Banks Sadler has seen a busy year with a great deal of expansion. Last month it announced 12 new international hires as part of its global growth strategy, across its account development, marketing and finance departments. The agency recorded a rise in profit for 2014 and took fifth place in C&IT’s top 50 agencies list, rising six places from the eleventh spot last year. In May, Banks Sadler was listed among the UK's best places to work in this year's Great Place to Work rankings, while in June its new Shanghai office, which is targeting the Asia-Pacific market, went live.

What does 2016 hold?
Jagger said: "We’re looking for quite aggressive growth next year definitely, and setting ourselves a target of double-digit growth with all of our offices contributing. All of the offices are also currently recruiting, and we’ll be looking at more roles in the production and creative side, as well as senior level sales roles. We’ll need some senior staff to help manage the growth activity."
