Agency Top Banana has expanded its team with two new hires, in line with growth ambitions.

Faith Tomala has joined the company’s London office as senior account manager and will be liaising with a range of clients including Barclays, Whitbread and Primark. She brings more than 11 years’ experience to the role, working with Schwarzkopf, Southampton Council, Zoggs, Optegra and Gatineau at her last role with Pull Digital.

Meanwhile, Katie-Jane Bott has taken on the role of office manager at the company’s Broome HQ, where she will have responsibility for the smooth running of the offices, including the video editing suites, design studio, production office and a drive-in photographic studio.

Nick Terry, managing director of Top Banana, said: "We’re working hard to secure the right talent across the business to support our challenging ambitions for the next few years. Faith and Katie take us one step closer to achieving those ambitions."
