InterContinental Bordeaux - Le Grand has been converted from the former Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa. It has undergone a stylish refurbishment that still reflects the eighteenth century building’s history.
The hotel boasts 130 rooms, including 44 suites. For event organisers, there are a total of 13 different meeting rooms, including a ballroom that can hold up to 250 people.
Other facilities include a range of fitness and wellness areas, such as an indoor pool and hammam, ten treatment rooms and a Jacuzzi on the its rooftop beach.
Dining options at the hotel include the Gordon Ramsay Group’s fine-dining restaurant, Le Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay, where executive chef Gilad Peled serves seasonal dishes from the local area and wines from the region.
