The merger, which is intended to strengthen AIM Group International’s US position, will see AIM’s New York office absorb Herlitz’s the portfolio of clients. The Herlitz Company brand will become part of AIM Group International and maintained in the communication strategy of AIM USA.
Kristofer Herlitz, president of The Herlitz Company, will become managing director of AIM’s New York office.
The Herlitz Company has concentrated on medical meeting and exhibition management for more than 75 years, running both national and international meetings, including some of the largest scientific meetings in the world.
