Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc will be developed on Ong Lang Beach, close to the island’s largest town, Duong Dong, and Phu Quoc International Airport.

The fully integrated beachfront resort will have 250 hotel rooms, 100 residences and 50 luxury pool villas. It is planned to open in 2017.

The resort will house a 1000sqm convention area, as well as a special events area and an amphitheatre. Other facilities include a themed retail village, water park and lagoon-style pool, destination spa, cooking school, beach club, watersports centre, fitness centre and an adventure and teambuilding activity course.

The new project will be Movenpick’s third property in Vietnam.
