The new starters include Jen Duszanskyj, a production manager who has joined from AvanteGarde, Charlotte Briem who has been appointed as project manager and Lexy Fox who has been made senior account executive.

Meanwhile Phoebe Kibbey has also joined the events team while Drew Scott, a graphic designer, has come onboard the creative department. The most recent recruit is Olivia Hamblin, who has moved from Aviva to work as an account manager at the agency.

"Strong recruitment is a key part of our growth strategy at TBA as you would expect," said James Howitt, account director. "A mix of personality, ambition, creativity and work ethic is something we look for in all our new people, to help drive and share in our continued success. We are striving to bring in the best and the brightest to add to our already talented team and it looks like we’ve found a few more to help deliver an even bigger 2016."
