"Strong recruitment is a key part of our growth strategy at TBA as you would expect," said James Howitt, account director. "A mix of personality, ambition, creativity and work ethic is something we look for in all our new people, to help drive and share in our continued success. We are striving to bring in the best and the brightest to add to our already talented team and it looks like we’ve found a few more to help deliver an even bigger 2016."
