Scheduled for completion at the end of the year, the upgrades will include new media walls, high-tech furniture, charging stations and registration areas. Within the pre-function area, new furniture groupings will increase the seating capacity by 40% to accommodate more than 200 people and allow attendees to collaborate and engage between meetings.
Adjacent to ARIA, The Shops at Crystals now includes 1,207sqm of meeting space. Able to accommodate up to 980 guests, The Event Space is located close to several bars and restaurants.
In addition to the new conference rooms, ARIA has introduced mobile check-in for groups, so attendees can bypass the hotel lobby and head straight to their room or next meeting.
