Agency cievents has this week opened its seventh international office, in Toronto, with further expansion planned.

The new office is based in Dundas Street West and extends cievents’ footprint to seven different countries including the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and Hong Kong.

It will be headed up by Sasha Mazzuca, who has more than ten years’ experience in the travel and event space and has overseen the launch of three businesses for cievents’ parent company, the Flight Centre Travel Group, in Canada.

The agency is planning further expansion next year, with a Singapore office set to open early in 2016.

Natalie Simmons, general manager at cievents, said: "This global expansion allows us to continue to offer our customers a truly global solution to their event management, event production, reward and recognition, digital and design requirements.

"We are very excited to be expanding our cievents family into Canada. Given Toronto’s proximity to the United States’ East Coast, we will also look to establish close ties with our US business, which is headquartered in New York and performing well."
