Coversure Insurance Services, a group of Independent Insurance Intermediaries, has appointed the agency to provide event management support for its annual conference in March 2016. Outsourced Events will support the group with event strategy, planning, logistics, communications, audience generation, finance, sponsorship sales and liaison for the event, which will welcome franchisees, employees and sponsors.

Management consulting organisation Lumenia Consulting has chosen Outsourced Events to help  launch a UK version of its ERP Head to Head Event, which has taken place in Ireland for the past four years with increasing success. The event, which will take place in March 2016, will invite nine of the leading ERP suppliers to demonstrate their product, while allowing delegates to compare systems like for like. Outsourced Events will be working on event marketing, planning, logistics and management.

Fortinet, a provider of fast and secure cyber security solutions, has appointed Outsourced Events to manage their Annual Sales Kick Off, following a pitch process. The two-day event will take place in Athens and will include a conference and hospitality for the guests.

These appointments follow three new technology wins by Outsourced Events earlier this autumn.

Denise Sharpe, MD of Outsourced Events, said: "It’s fantastic to welcome these new clients into our fold, as each one brings a slightly new angle and allows our events team to get really creative. What a great way to end the year. We’re really looking forward to 2016."
