The St Regis Dubai - The Palm will be situated in Palm Tower, a 52-storey luxury mixed-use development and the centrepiece of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah island. The new hotel is set to open in 2018.

The hotel will have 289 guest rooms, including 23 suites, and will occupy the first 18 floors of The Palm Tower. The tower’s upper floors will house 504 luxury apartments.

Facilities at the St Regis will include two swimming pools, including the one of the world's highest infinity pools – located on the 50th floor and offering views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.

There will be various dining experiences on offer, including a signature restaurant located on the 51st floor, a St Regis Beach Club and an all-day restaurant.

The first St Regis Dubai opened in the emirate's hottest new development, Al Habtoor City, this November.
