The annual ‘TG Awards’ are intended to act as a longstanding tribute to Gentle, who was killed in a tragic accident in September. The agency remembered Gentle, who died in September, as a ‘much-loved member of the TRO family’ and will now recognise its employees with the annual reward in his memory.

The awards will recognise TRO employees from around the world who demonstrate an ‘extraordinary passion for what they do’.

Keith O’Loughlin, chief executive officer and chairman at TR, said: "At TRO we are fortunate to employ many talented people, who are exceptionally committed and do fantastic work. The recipients of a TG Award have each gone above and beyond by making themselves available to help others, often at the sacrifice of their own time, for the good of their colleagues, clients and the company."
