Worldspan expands team with five new hires

Worldspan has boosted its events management and digital teams with five new appointments, following growth in business.

The agency has appointed Kevin Atkinson, who previously worked at Event Affair, as senior project manager of live events. Meanwhile Elin Hughes-Jones has joined as project manager while Katy Murray has been made project executive. Reporting to the head of pharmaceutical services, they will deliver and support project work for the agency’s global healthcare clients.

On the travel and creative teams, Abigail Bennett has been appointed as aviation and travel manager and Jemma Roberts has been hired as a web developer.

Commenting on the new additions to the team, Sophie Morris, managing director, said: "We are delighted to welcome our new starters with their respective wealth of experience and knowledge. We have had an incredibly strong year and, as we continue to grow, we look forward to making further investment in staff in due course."
