Clare Caswell, who has more than seven years of industry knowledge, previously worked as a hotel guest services advisor and owners events coordinator for Bourne Leisure, a UK-based holiday and holiday home ownership company.
In her new role, Caswell will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, discussing their requirements and objectives, and demonstrating how Butlins Conference & Events can bring their ideas to life. As well as liaising with the clients, her role will involve developing and sending proposals and contracts to local businesses.
The appointment is the latest in a series of hires for Butlins, with sales executive Melissa Fernandes joining the team last month. Butlins Conference & Events has reported increased sales by 35% from January 2015 to date and has grown by 97% since re-entering the market three years ago.
