Inspired by research into the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in and outside of the workplace, the mindful meetings experience incorporates a 45-minute meditation sessions, developed with Chelsea Football Club’s meditation and yoga expert Vinay Menon.

Simon Hunter, head of venue and brand at Stamford Bridge, said mindfulness was a hot topic at the moment. "With the increased use of technology allowing us all to operate a 24/7 workplace, it’s harder and harder for delegates to switch off; this unique experience allows delegates time to completely relax, inviting a clearer mind and focused group during the meeting and afterwards."
