Yesterday (18 November) saw event professionals from across the globe attend the second day of ibtm world. C&IT started the day with a panel talk on incentive travel, which discussed the fact that incentive trips look set to increase in 2016, with 88% of agencies expecting to organise more programmes next year than in 2015.

After a busy day on the show floor, delegates headed off to a number of events, including a Dubai evening at SALT Restaurant & Beach Club overlooking the sea. Delegates enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner, networking and a live band.

C&IT also hosted its client dinner at Restaurante My Way Barcelona.
