The trip will take place from 10-15 March 2016 and has a budget of £197,000, with delegates staying at the One&Only Cape Town.

The incentive will include a range of activities and is intended to say 'thank you and well done' to sales staff in style. Five ‘wild card’ employees from any area of the business will also be invited on the trip, nominated by their peers for hard work.

Mike Gordon, CEO at Callcredit Information Group, said: "The Callcredit 100 Plus Club is an annual trip run in March each year to recognise the very top performers across the Callcredit sales teams for the previous year. Locations in the past few years have included trips to Iceland and Barcelona, but for 2015 the top performers and their partners will experience an amazing five-day trip to South Africa.

"For the trip, Callcredit staff across the company are also being invited to nominate five other ‘most deserving’ colleagues who have made a significant personal contribution to the success of the company in 2015 and who typically would not work in one of the sales teams. Such an opportunity has created great excitement throughout the company.

"As part of the company’s strong corporate and social responsibility culture, all members on the trip will also meet up with representatives of the Ubuntu Charity, which helps raise Port Elizabeth’s orphaned and vulnerable children."
