Bob Goodridge has been hired by the agency as operations manager, working with the agency’s BMW and Nissan clients. Meanwhile, Dan Bramham, who previously worked at agency Production Bureau, has joined as project manager. Lucia Turner has come on board as a project executive for the BMW projects, while Helen Feighan has been appointed as an account executive.
The agency's inaugural School of Experience will launch on 2 and 3 December, focusing on 25 executives from across the business. The aim of the school is to help TRO develop a consistent standard across the agency, create camaraderie across offices and spot future stars. The training will consist of a mixture of classroom theory and interactive tasks, with an emphasis on experiential learning. Meanwhile, 55 line managers will also be put through a management training programme called ‘Growing Great Managers’, which will run throughout November and December. The aim of this course is to grow skills to help managers motivate and manage their people to best effect.
