The 234-room St Regis Dubai will became the first of three major openings at the emirate's hottest new development, Al Habtoor City, an integrated luxury and entertainment resort set to give Las Vegas a run for its money.

The first St Regis-branded property in Dubai will be 'inspired by Beaux-Arts architecture from New York’s Gilded Age', and the hotel’s interior will include a grand staircase, carefully selected artwork, and a musical fountain.

The property will house six meeting spaces capable of hosting events of all sizes, from executive roundtable meetings to large-scale celebrations. The centrepiece is the opulent, 800sqm Astor Ballroom and it is complemented by five additional meeting rooms.

A total of 51 suites will include the Middle East's first Bentley Suite, while butler service is also included. F&B options range from a Champagne lounge to a steakhouse. There are two rooftop pools.

Al Habtoor City will also offer residential towers and a Las Vegas-style theatre. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is a 30-minute drive away.
