More than 60 meetings and events buyers attended the workshop-style meeting, where the best of Ireland’s meeting and events products were on display, before spending an evening at the theatre.

After the formalities the workshop guests were able to choose between trips to see showings of ‘Gypsy’, ‘Beautiful’, the Carole King musical, before a nightcap back at the hotel.

David Boyce, deputy head of Great Britain at Tourism Ireland, said: "The UK is such an important market for Ireland and we find this format gives us the chance to both do business and have some fun in the capital together with our customers. We had some amazing venues, DMC’s and destinations on show."
