The new space is located on the 12th floor of the hotel and includes a renovated ballroom, breakout rooms, an outdoor terrace, ‘man cave’ party rooms, a fitness centre and a business centre.

The 1,829sqm Detroit Ballroom offers the latest audio and visual equipment and can hold groups of up to 300 people. All of the meeting rooms in the centre include faster connection speed at 100 megabits per second and a dedicated enterprise class circuit routed by Cisco Hardware.

Adjacent to the ballroom is the brand new Traverse City Patio, an outdoor terrace overlooking the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center that can accommodate up to 100 people. Eight 152sqm breakout rooms offer views of the Fremont Street Experience, including the world famous Slotzilla zip-line attraction.

Josh Nisenson, director of Sales at the D Las Vegas, said: "By expanding the D’s unique offerings, we are excited to take the property experience to the next level. With these additional amenities, we are becoming a premiere option for meetings and convention space in Downtown Las Vegas."
