The hotel, which is owned by Pallazzio Hotels & Leisure Ltd, has partnered with Starwood Hotels to bring the 395-room property under the St. Regis umbrella, marking the brand's debut in the country.

Following its launch, the 38-storey St. Regis Mumbai will feature 27 suites and 39 residential suites and 5,200 square meters of event space, including a 597 square metre grand ballroom. Dining options include an all-day restaurant serving international cuisine, four specialty restaurants, a club lounge and three bars.

Located in Lower Parel, the hotel is close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International and Domestic Airport terminals, the Worli Sea Link and a range of upscale restaurants, pubs and office spaces.

Jim Petrus, global brand leader of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts said Starwood was maintaining strong growth in the region and that the strategic location of the new property would offer guests access to both the city and the luxury of the St.Regis brand.
