In Numbers: IMEX America 2015

As the fifth IMEX America closed in Las Vegas yesterday, C&IT takes a look at the stats behind the event.

3,100 – Number of companies exhibiting.

£1.9 billion – Combined budget of the 40 leading buyers from the corporate sector, who came for the annual Executive Meetings Forum. They included senior executives from Merck, Cisco Systems and Wells Fargo.

10,600 – Number of people participating in the event.

66,000 – Number of business appointments.

900 – Number of people who participated in MPI Smart Monday education sessions. Meetings Professionals International (MPI) was the strategic partner and premier education provider for the tradeshow.

£216,000 – Total amount of money raised by The Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Foundation, which has set a new record this year.
