More than 100 IMEX-goers celebrated a successful first day of IMEX America at Four Seasons Art of Food event at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, where renowned celebrity chefs showcased their talents.

Food stations were parked around the hotel's outdoor pool, overlooked by the towering and gold-lit Mandalay Bay resort, where guests sampled a range of delicious tasters from spicy crab cakes, lobster tacos, steak skewers and paella.

Las Vegas-based Destinations by Design themed the event with peculiar features and sets, including a silver tree raised above the pool with acrobats hanging from the branches and a woman with a red box on her head.

Also taking place on Tuesday evening was Ovation Global DMC and The DMC Network's Talent Search party at Cosmopolitan Hotel's nightclub Marquee. In the weeks leading up to the show, IMEX attendees were invited to submit videos of themselves performing a pop classic, with the best entrees taking part in a talent contest in front of the huge audience.
