More than 180 association planners and exhibitors from around the globe gathered at the SLS Las Vegas for IMEX's annual Associations Evening. The event took place following a day on the trade show floor solely for association planners before the main show officially opened yesterday (13 October).

The event was held in partnership with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the International Congress and Conventions Association (ICCA) and IMEX chairman Ray Bloom addressed the crowd announcing a successful day of networking and meetings.

More than 1,200 Site members from around the world and industry professionals flocked to the annual Site Nite party at the Omnia Nightclub at Caesars Palace, which sold out completely weeks before the event. Those lucky enough to get hold of one of the hottest tickets in town during IMEX America enjoyed drinks and canapes overlooking the Las Vegas boulevard.
