An employee since 2000, Thomas initially started at FICO as a graphic designer. Her love for organising events took her to the top in her field and she has successfully managed the events and tradeshows department as director for the past six years, executing events all over the world. A recent restructuring at the company has led to the departure.

She said: "I’ve loved my time at FICO. I'm extremely proud of my achievements at the company. Bringing in graduates and training them up, planning events in the four corners of the world and introducing processes, analysis and benchmarks for continued success. I wish FICO lots of luck for the future as I look for a new challenge."

With her firm grasp of the trends and issues facing the industry, Thomas has been a valued columnist for C&IT, keeping readers updated on the world of corporate events.
