The conference will take place in January 2016 at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster Bridge, London. There will be 400 delegates in attendance, including dealer principals, dealers, guests, agencies and head office colleagues.
Hyundai Motor UK kicks off each year with a Dealer Conference and the 2016 event will provide an essential platform for networking, sharing key messages and discussing future plans. The fresh Group, which recently won the C&IT award for UK Agency of Year, will manage the creative strategy and concept, event theme, content and media creation and production, delegate management, event production, logistics and travel bookings.
Patrick Howells, managing director at fresh, said it was an important event for Hyundai, during a significant period of ongoing development for their business. "To be appointed to deliver this project is a great achievement that is testament to our strategy to develop our automotive service offering further as we move into 2016."
It is the first event that fresh will be delivering for Hyundai and the agency said it hopes it will be "the start of a long-standing partnership".
Meanwhile, Kate Conway, events manager at Hyundai and leader of the pitch process for the 2016 Dealer Conference, said it was incredibly important to work with partners who truly immerse themselves in the brand, the future direction of the company and the objectives for the conference.
"It was very clear from first reviewing fresh’s proposal that they had invested a lot of time in ensuring they did this. Their innovative, creative ideas were core to their proposal, as well as their strong delivery and logistics skills.
