Buchanan’s role at Lime Blue Solutions will involve working with the team to provide management, incentives and venue-finding services to its customers and further develop its growing portfolio of accounts.

Previously at Grass Roots, Buchanan worked on a major account where she played a ‘pivotal role’ in the successful project management and delivery of an incentive programme for three consecutive years. In the past Buchanan has also worked within the pharmaceutical industry, doing the project management on international events that ranged from 20-650 delegates.

Nicola Miller, MD of Lime Blue Solutions, said: "Emma’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made her an invaluable addition to the Lime Blue team. Her appointment is a sign of our commitment to growing the business and being a key player within the industry. Increasing demand from our customers led us to look for an addition to our team who will fit in with our ethos of customer focus and exceptional service."

Buchanan added: "I am excited to start a new challenge and look forward to working with the team to further develop its accounts. I am fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on delivering bespoke events with a focus on customer service."
