Crossman joined Bluehat from sporting agency E.J.Churchill, where she worked as corporate events organiser. She has also previously worked at CloudTEN Events, and brings with her experience in organising corporate events, teambuilding and festivals.

Crossman was welcomed to the agency at its annual ‘kick off’ event (pictured above), where the company came together to mark out its core purpose and ideology, undertaking teambuilding activities intended to help the team to understand the company’s vision and purpose while having fun and bonding outside the office.

Following the day’s business content, Bluehat staff enjoyed one of its own teambuilding challenges, Two Tribes. The group partook in a range of sports, a company-wide game of rounders and a few beers around the fire, all whilst engaging with each other and working as a team. They also made use of the agency’s latest product, the Go Engage app from the Go Team range.
