The ‘Hells Bells’ competitive indoor activity for 250 delegates took place on the first day of a two-day conference for Orange employees and its external partners, designed to focus on vision and values and improve communication.
Taking place at the Centre Culturel Le Beffroi in the Montrouge district, the puzzle and challenge-based indoor teambuilding activity engaged delegates for more than two hours and was followed by a debrief and drinks on the venue’s rooftop terrace.
"As their account director I worked with Orange to deliver the perfect event to exceed their expectations," said Mark Dishington, account director at Bluehat Group. "The event had to be delivered in French, meaning the reams and reams of paperwork for this activity had to be translated. We used our network of contacts to assemble an A Team delivery crew consisting of a French presenter, dedicated event manager and a nice split of crew with some French speakers, as well as our more experienced crew to handle the tricky technical elements of the event."
