Chia Laguna Resort, located in the south of Sardinia and part of the Italian Hospitality Collection, unveiled a new swimming pool and natural spa, spread across three levels, in June, which features outdoor whirlpool baths and outdoor terraces.

The Forte Village resort, also in the south of the island, revamped its spa, which reopened in May, featuring a new courtyard and retractable roof, enabling guests to enjoy thalasso pools during winter. The property's meeting spaces were also modernised last year and its conference centre now has 20 rooms, the largest catering for up to 1,000 for events, while a tented structure can seat up to 1,500 for dinner.
