In May, the Stadio di Domiziano, the ruins of a 1st-century AD athletics stadium located beneath Piazza Navona, launched guided tours of the site with cocktails, for groups with a minimum of 20 people.

Tremadonne 20, an historic country villa located in the heart of Rome in front of Villa Borghese, was restored last year and caters for up to 60 people in the winter season and up to 120 over the summer.

Located in the historic centre of the capital, the five-star, 18-room D.O.M Hotel, housed in a 17th-century palazzo, launched The Deer Club last November. The venue, a contemporary speakeasy with opulent decor including silk velvet sofas, crystal chandeliers and large, Venetian-style wall mirrors, has a private dining room where guests can meet the chef.
