The Jumeirah Business Bay will include a 200-room luxury Jumeirah hotel, 350 serviced apartments and 290 luxurious residences managed under the Jumeirah brand. It is expected to open in 2020.

The tower will house conference and banquet facilities, extensive food and beverage outlets, the Talise Spa and Health Club and an open air, rooftop sky bar. It will also have the sky attraction, an interactive experience that will take visitors high over the towers in Business Bay.

The tower will be located in the centre of Business Bay, behind the Dubai Metro station and parallel to Sheikh Zayed Roaoffer. Its height will offer views of downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa.
