After being based at Banks Sadler since 2012, Pearce has moved to BrandFuel to develop his creative career and work across a broad range of brands. Pearce was nominated as one of C&IT's 2015 A List, celebrating the top 35 agency players under 35.

Giuseppe Plances, who previously worked at Imagination, has joined the company as client services senior account manager. Responsible for end-to-end project management, Plances will be developing business relationships at BrandFuel.

The agency has also appointed James Chorley as senior 2D Designer, who was previously freelancing for a range of experiential agencies.

Sue Winckler, client services business development director, said the hires were in line with the agency’s commitment to achieving excellence in the respective fields.

"It’s an exciting time to be joining BrandFuel. We are growing as an agency and our three new hires will add more experience at a senior level. This will enable us to become more specialised, experimental and creative in a work environment that is based on investing in people, constantly learning and delivering exciting projects."
