Fashion accessories company Fossil brought together 160 of its wholesale staff to recognise and celebrate the success achieved over the last twelve months, which saw the brand recently recognised as one of the Top 100 companies to work for in The Sunday Times.
The conference was designed to focus on giving Fossil employees a day of awe and fun, while engaging them on important issues around enhancing performance and digital growth over the next twelve months.
Delegates received an exciting welcome, with stilt walkers and circus performers greeting guests as they arrived. The funfair theme continued throughout the day, with dodgems, coconut shys and candy floss stalls, while a circus ringmaster announced the start of the presentations.
Senior business staff at Fossil then delivered a series of talks on company updates and plans for growth before contortionists, fire breathers and more fairground games entertained delegates further.
Wayne Morgan, Director of HR (UK) at Fossil, said: "We had so much fun organising this year’s conference, and feedback from everyone involved has been really positive. We like to think outside of the box when it comes to our annual conference and ensuring staff are energised and engaged is a key part of our planning process.
