Royal Historic Palace's Milan Thakrar, Camden Roundhouse's Hannah Pierce and EventCity's Joanne Battersby spoke to C&IT at this year's Agency Forum, held at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge, to look back on the moments when they've had to pull the strange, the wonderful and the almost impossible out of the bag.

The C&IT Agency Forum took place last week and was attended by 200 event professionals for a series of educational sessions, panel discussions and one-to-one meetings between buyers and suppliers from around the world.
