Held in Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge and Thorpe Park in Chertsey, the event provided event agency representatives with the opportunity to attend educational sessions, meet suppliers and network throughout a series of talks and evening activities.

On the first night, guests braved the rain for the rides at Thorpe Park, before enjoying an evening of food, cocktails and networking. The following day the audience travelled to Mercedes-Benz World where they listened to tips from other event industry professionals, including Nathalie Maddocks, senior buyer, events at Jaguar Land Rover, Dawn Severn, events manager at AXA Insurance and Rachel Hobson, head of events for BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. The bravest adrenalin junkies also got the chance to to take part in a ‘drive experience’.

On the second evening, delegates enjoyed a night of dinner and entertainment at Mercedes-Benz World, followed by a pub quiz and a night of dancing with a portable DJ booth.
