Despite the rain, delegates donned ponchos to brave the rides, before enjoying an evening BBQ, drinks and networking session. As part of the evening event’s ‘Rio Carnival’ theme, guests also enjoyed face painting, a tropical photo booth and dance performances.

The Agency Forum continues today and tomorrow at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, with a series of innovative talks on the issues affecting the events industry. Speakers include Nathalie Maddocks, senior buyer, events at Jaguar Land Rover; Dawn Severn, events manager at AXA Insurance; Rachel Hobson, head of events for BAE Systems Applied Intelligence; and Karen Sawyer, head of group events at Lloyds Banking Group.

The full agenda for the Agency Forum 2015 can be found online here.
