IPEC meetings venue to open in Las Vegas

A new freestanding meetings and events venue will open near the Las Vegas Strip this summer.

The new facility, IPEC, which will be located near both the McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip, will offer 6096sqm of flexible meetings space for up to 720 delegates. It will also offer onsite overnight accommodation for up to 200 people, available exclusively to those booking events.

For meetings, IPEC has six conference rooms for between 22 and 61 people with lecture-style seating, and between 28 and 79 people for theatre-style seating. It also has one multi-purpose room with a capacity of up to 72 for lecture-style seating and 96 for theatre-style seating.

The venue features a 1524sqm front foyer with 9m high ceilings, and a 3048sqm ballroom for celebratory events and galas.

Onsite facilities include two large, customisable LED screens, state-of-the-art A/V equipment, wireless and production services, a kitchen with customisable food-and-beverage service available 24/7, an expansive registration area, business centre services, 24-hour security and onsite parking for 200 vehicles.
