The venue, which is located in the market town of Crowle, can host events for up to 110 people inside and includes onsite catering kitchens, a fully licensed bar and preparation areas. There are also plans to expand into the second floor space to create more meeting rooms for corporate use.

Outside the venue can host marquee functions for up to 300 people, and also offers corporate outdoor pursuits.

Hazel Wheatley at Genex, which operates the venue, said the entire estate was available for private hire. "The renovation has been challenging but we have managed to retain the property’s wonderful period features whilst adding modern functionality. Corporate clients can take over the space for conferences and breakout sessions, business lunches or corporate hospitality events."
