The former Bellhouse Hotel has undergone a £20m refurbishment and will reopen as a 138-bedroom four-star hotel with an events centre.

The events centre will be in-keeping with the hotel’s automotive history and BMW Group company Designworks has been commissioned to create the concept behind the meeting and events space, which is a first for a branded hotel. The 6500sqm space will feature two large conference and banqueting rooms, seating up to 350 and 260 persons. It will also contain six meeting rooms, a ‘creative attic’, a breakout bar and a landscaped garden.

The hotel will also feature a spa and wellness centre with a 15m pool, sauna, steam room and five treatment rooms including a Rasul Mud Therapy room.
