In the newly created role of sales and marketing director at Scott Hospitality Services, Payne will be responsible for growing that side of the business and raising its awareness.

The company organises corporate events as well as hospitality and catering, and Payne told C&IT she has been brought on board to bring it into the incentive market as well.

"Having been at Maximilion for 12 years I wanted a new challenge, and this offered the opportunity to do something different," she added.

"It’s an exciting opportunity to grow what is at the moment a reasonably small but quirky, highly regarded and award-winning company, with big ambitions for growth."
