The one-day internal conference will take place at The Langham hotel in London for 150 delegates, followed by dinner at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Pure Events beat off competition from other agencies to win the pitch, based on its central London venue suggestion.

"We proposed two main options and Colgate-Palmolive loved The Langham hotel idea," said Charlotte Wilson, managing director of Pure Events. "We then arranged a site inspection of The Langham and RIBA as a possible dinner location, because they were looking for somewhere that was within walking distance. They loved the hotel."

She added that she hoped the event would be the start of a long-term relationship with Colgate-Palmolive.
