The agency, which has recorded a £7.2m total turnover in the last year, has created Fletcher’s role to focus on client management.
As the former EMEA marketing manager of Chambers Travel Group, Fletcher has been internally promoted to the role. "Her background in marketing and brand allows her to take the lead on the experiential and brand activation side of our events business," said Frits De Kok, marketing and events director, Chambers Travel Group.
Following her promotion, Fletcher said she was pleased to be moving back into events. "We are confident of achieving our growth target of a further £2.5 million turnover over the next 12 months," she added.
In line with the company’s expansion, Anne-Marie Stearn has been appointed as event co-ordinator to support the Chambers Travel Events team with venue finding and delegate management. Stearn was previously an events co-ordinator at Bombed Out Church in Liverpool.
New business for the agency included a five-day conference in Dublin for a leading technology company at the Double Tree by Hilton Burlington Road in March this year. The event was a global sales kick-off for 500 delegates featuring offsite dinners around the city and a gala night at Guinness Storehouse.
