As the 23rd organisation to sit on the partnership, the EMA aims to increase reach to the forum amongst in-house corporate event planners.
"We’re keen to make the voice of the in-house corporate event organiser clearly heard and understood, and the BVEP is a great forum to do this," said Richard Waddington, chair of Event Marketing Association. He added that the organisation was particularly interested in supporting business event initiatives, such as the ‘Christmas Party Exemption’.
"EMA’s membership – being exclusively made up of in house organisers – gives us a clear voice from this sector," said Samme Allen, vice chair of the BVEP.
