Sol Beach House Ibiza becomes the first hotel in the Sol Beach House portfolio, located on the east side of the Spanish island overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The hotel features 239 rooms and suites and two restaurants, including one pool bar, as well as free wifi throughout.

The Sol Hotels & Resorts brand is made up of four signature concepts: Sol House, Sol Beach House, Sol Hotels & Sol Katmandu Park & Resort.

Melia Hotels invested more than £20m into renovating seven of its largest resort hotels in Spain, which were sold to Starwood Capital Group for £125m earlier this year. The Spanish hotel group still retains the management of the hotels.
