The lowdown
Brands including Adobe, Microsoft and Linkedin have all recently made use of the facilities at Excel, which include a 4,600-seat auditorium, 100,000m2 of flexible event space and 86 meeting rooms accommodating between ten and 1,200 delegates.

What's new?
A suite of six new boardrooms opened in March featuring intelligent glass that can provide privacy or blackout at the touch of a button.

Stand-out feature
Hotel bedrooms. There are eight on-site hotels, totalling 1,600 rooms between them.

Buyer verdict
A spokesperson at Adobe Systems Europe, says: "The Adobe Summit is now the largest digital marketing event in Europe, which is something that Adobe is really proud of. We've doubled the size of the Adobe Summit over the past two years and we've outgrown the rest of London. Excel was the perfect choice for us because of the sheer scale and flexibility of the space."
