ACC Liverpool
The lowdown
ACC Liverpool is home to the 10,000-capacity Echo Arena and the BT Convention Centre, which incorporates a 1,350-seat auditorium, a 3,725m2 hall and 18 breakout rooms. BBC Worldwide held its annual showcase there for the fourth consecutive year in February. Audi UK, Lyreco and Swinton are also repeat customers.

What's new?
In September, Exhibition Centre Liverpool - a new £66m, 8,100m2 development - will open including a four-star, 216-bedroom Pullman Hotel.

Stand-out feature
Flexibility. When the exhibition centre opens, ACC Liverpool will become the only purpose-built interconnecting arena, convention and exhibition centre in Europe.

Buyer verdict
Karen McCormack, head of events for UK Oracle User Group, says: "The venue really lent itself well to us logistically and the ACC Liverpool team provided us with a five-star service, developing relationships with our team on a professional and personal level. I would recommend ACC Liverpool to other event organisers planning an event on this scale."
